lyrics

It took so long just to stand on my feet again, I'm feelin like a foul just learning how to walk. My hands are awkward these strings unfamiliar, but good or bad, life goes on.

This year's so long and it's taken it's toll on me, I spent too long hiding in my den. I laid low and stayed quiet as I could, but I'm dusting off my vocal chords and singing again.

I'm disheveled and my clothes are torn again, my eyes are strained and blood shot red. I'm afraid of everyone I see, but I'm pickin up my fiddle again.

It took so long just to stand on my feet again, I'm feelin like a foul just learning how to walk. My hands are awkward these strings unfamiliar, but good or bad, life goes on.
